About Fire and Ice RP
Fire and Ice Roleplay is a Grand Theft Auto 5 roleplaying server using the QBCore FiveM framework.
OUR VISION
To provide a place for realistic semi-serious RP that is free from politics, favoritism, and other toxicity that plagues other cities currently.
THEME
Fire and Ice RP is focused on stable growth by only expanding as the population grows. We put a lot of effort into civilian activities and jobs that allow anyone to explore and have fun. Other roles that are or will be available as we grow are law enforcement, fire/Ems, community owned businesses, gangs, government jobs, elected officials and more.
WE ARE NOT
A cops and robbers city - Realistically cities Irl are not focused on cops and criminals. We want people to live out lives and enjoy interactions with people in the city as they do various activities.
Pay to win - We aren't going to charge you Irl money to run a business in this city. Nor are we going to charge you money if we put in a suggested script or vehicle. While we are happy to accept donations and will have a subscriber system to give rewards, the advantages in city it will give you will not make the difference in scenes.
Staffing based on favoritism - If people apply for a role on staff or a business in city or a job, they will be treated the same regardless of who they are, who they know, etc. We will not tolerate playing favorites. Along those same lines though, we do not bring on general staff members. Each staff member has a specific primary role that they were brought on to accomplish.
A city that has different rules based on who you are or your status - The rules are the rules. Everyone is held to the same and rule breaks will be treated the same regardless of who you are. The exception to this is being on Staff. Staff set the example for the rest of the city so they are held to higher status.
