Pocket Wiping: There's is NO pocket wiping. When robbing a rival, you are only to take only what makes sense.

Taking items like IDs, Weapon IDs, Phones, Radios, Wedding rings, Wedding Certificates, Food or Drinks. Will lead to staff action do not take these things

Twitter Beef:

Twitter beef is allowed if it leads to actions afterwards. DO NOT be a twitter warrior, actions speak louder than words. If you are talking a bunch of crap do not be surprised if you are rolled up on by who you were talking crap too. UPDATE: Do not post OOC comments/whatnot on Twitter.

Verbal Interaction: There needs to be a MINIMUM of 60 seconds of verbal interaction between parties before a shootout can happen. there must be a solid reason behind gun fights, words should always be the first line of action.. This is a Roleplay Over Gunplay city try your best to resolve it without gunplay!

Torture Scenes:

Torture scenes are no longer allowed in Fire and Ice RP.

Sliding and Reinitiating: Once a gang/criminal has started and finished a scene they must wait 15 min before reinitiating with the same person/group. There is no returning to a scene once down, if you are down during an active scene, you must sit out and wait the 15 min before. there is no going back to fetch bodies or interfere in anyway. You may only call for a medic once the scene is over and the opposing gang has left. However if they are sticking around after the shootout for 10-15 minutes. You may call a medic and get yourself picked up.
